Warranty Policy

Warranty starts from the date of Invoicing for 1 YEAR.

We reserve the right to repair or replace the product or its parts, as per need at our discretion. The cost of shipping back the product must be paid by the customer and it should be properly packed to avoid any transit damage.

Please note that repairs / replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty period.


Failure or damage caused by misuse or neglect (knocks dents, crushing, broken part, etc.)


Failure or damage caused by a repair or modification unjustifiable


Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster like an earthquake


Cosmetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging .

Accessories, Adapter, Spray Bottle, etc. are NOT covered under Warranty.

Warranty does not get extended with availing of any service within warranty period.

It is important that you as a customer to check the goods / products when you receive the shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and are correct. If your product is damaged during transport, whether visible or concealed damage, you must report it as soon as possible to the carrier. When you receive your article that is damaged or does not match the one requested, you must contact us no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the product.

All complaints should be addressed to our customer service via email at sachin @nestguard.in. Please provide the order number and the reason for your complaint and we will contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to TEQMED Scientific, should be treated as having no defects. It is extremely important that all returns, the product is packed in a way that the product cannot be damaged during handling.

Limitation of liability : under all circumstances, the liability of TEQMED Scientific and the manufacturer shall be limited to the actual concerned product cost only.

No products should be returned without our authorization. Any product without return authorization shall be refused by us.

The customer shall not suspend due payments in the pendency of any complaints.
